Sidney began practicing yoga as a way to cross-train for weight lifting and team sports, and quickly fell in love with the discipline of her daily practice. She found that yoga not only complimented her other interests and helped her reach athletic goals, but also brought a new sense of release and mental growth into her life. Thinking this incredible post-yoga feeling was too good to not share with others, Sidney began her journey to becoming a yoga teacher.
Fast forward a few years and countless hours of teaching later, and she is happy to bring the community together through creative sequencing and fun movement. By incorporating meditative and mindful thought into powerful vinyasa-style flows, her classes will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Through her own experiences and insight into cross-training, Sidney's classes will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone both physically and mentally, and encourage holistic growth. Outside of yoga, Sidney spends her free time rock climbing, lifting weights, chasing sunshine, and looking for her next adventure in life!
