Monica Motley
Owner & Teacher
Monica nourishes her body through movement and soul through love. She continues to practice and share her passion for yoga, fitness, and community.
Monica is a 500-Hour RYT who teaches studio classes, online classes, events, workshops, teacher training, private sessions, and retreats. Her upbeat, athletic, and flowing yoga style emphasizes technique and alignment while cultivating the connection between breath and movement.
Be prepared to sweat and move freely, while building strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and relaxation. Monica encourages students to challenge the physical body while calming the mind and spirit — leaving them feeling stronger, more energized, and more balanced.
Angie Worley
Angie Worley is a RYT 200 and Aerial Certified Yoga Teacher. She offers a practice for those who enjoy moving; by exploring creative transitions and fluid flows that connect breath to movement. She has been training and teaching in the dance field for over 28 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Therapy. For the last 6 years, Angie has turned her focus towards learning all the benefits yoga has to offer. She believes the practice of yoga is a gift for the body, mind and spirit. It will surprise you, bring you happiness and time for celebration.
Angie brings a light-hearted approach to her classes, believing strongly that it’s fine to take yoga seriously, as long as we don’t take ourselves too seriously. She continues to expand her practice in yoga and aerial yoga through classes and workshops. Out of the silk and off the mat, Angie enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her two children and husband.
Ariel Addy
Ariel Addy, PT, DPT, E-RYT 200, PCES has been teaching and practicing yoga for the last decade. Her training as a physical therapist, as well as her past life as a collegiate athlete, come through in her classes that strike a balance between effort and ease. She teaches a therapeutic yoga class which focuses on engaging a deep sense of relaxation, both mentally and physically. Postures move slower than a typical Vinyasa class and there are specific cues to help optimize joint alignment and functional anatomy.
Ariel also enjoys the spiritual benefits of yoga and teaches yoga practitioners how to intuitively listen to their subtle bodies and inner voices. In her time off the mat, Ariel owns & runs a local mobile physical therapy practice that specializes in active adult rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, holistic pain relief techniques for those dealing with chronic illnesses, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Ariel also enjoys traveling, listening to live music, and eating new foods. Join Ariel on the mat for her weekly Therapeutic Yoga class or catch her unique interpretation on traditional Vinyasa classes when she is subbing at the studio.
Deb Mattoso
Deb has been a Yoga practitioner for over ten years and is a registered 500-hour yoga teacher, having trained with YogaWorks and Authentic Movements.
In her classes, Deb creatively incorporates various traditional breath, movement, and meditation methods to help students develop their unique form of yoga, grow awareness of their physical bodies, and build a "kick-asana" practice.
Esther Kim
Esther teaches with a passion and emphasis on building strength and flexibility. Her belief is that a strong body can help translate to a strong mind and spirit. With over 700 hours of teacher training certification, Esther loves continuously learning and expanding her understanding of the capabilities of the human body.
She continues to draw inspiration from her fellow students and her own explorative curiosity in the yoga practice. She believes that there is no limit to your practice because yoga is a lifelong journey. Her classes bring creative sequencing and challenge you to journey to new places in your asana practice.
Keith Golden
Keith Golden explores a variety of movement styles in his interactive classes and workshops.
His teaching began with music, became yoga & has now expanded far beyond into a dynamic blend of coordination play, human & animal patterns, calisthenics & breath work.
His practice seeks to enhance resilience & curiosity.
Kimber Brenneman
Kimber Brenneman, PhD, RYT-500, has been practicing yoga since 2008 and completed her first yoga teacher training in 2014. This was shortly after earning her doctorate in Bioengineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago. While she still thinks like a scientist, she has left the lab to dedicate herself to helping others better connect with their bodies. She does this through her yoga and acroyoga teaching and as a Thai Bodywork practitioner.
Kimber became a Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner in 2015 at the Thai Bodywork School and Coaching the Body Institute in Evanston, IL. She is also a certified acro yoga teacher through Partner Acrobatics. Kimber’s intention is that her students will learn something about themselves in each class and have some fun. She is known for her clear instructions and skilful adjustments.
Lindsey Greer
Lindsey completed her 200-hr teacher training through YogaWorks in 2019 with a remarkable group of people. She loves that yoga is a life-long practice of mind, spirit, and body that is so much more than poses on the mat. Yoga has helped her heal and grow in many ways, making it an honor and privilege to share with others. She aims to guide students through a physical practice that helps them cultivate compassion and acceptance for themselves while challenging their minds and bodies.
Lindsey is grateful for the opportunity to build authentic relationships and community through yoga. She continues to learn from other teachers and students and looks forward to practicing with you!
Mandy Remmell
Mandy, a 200-hour RYT, has been practicing yoga since 2016. She lives her truth through yoga and meditation, which serve as a way of making peace with what is. She has passion and dedication for serving those in need and strengthening communities both on and off the mat.
She believes that yoga goes beyond just the physical asana practice to help us heal, balance, and grow in every moment. Mandy teaches a challenging vinyasa class that is blended with rhythm and dynamic movement which will leave you feeling sweaty and empowered. Her classes are energetic, creative and will take you to new places in your lifelong journey with yoga.
Nikki Watson
Nikki is a teacher that is known for her skill in offering classes that are accessible and engaging for newer and more experienced students. She teaches a vinyasa-style practice that features clarity of instruction and a thoughtful sequencing structure; grounded in the work of creating presence through mental focus and breath awareness.
Her nurturing demeanor and ability to teach with compassion allow her students to feel empowered as they learn and discover the practice of yoga. Nikki has over 11 years of teaching experience, has completed more than 700 hours of yoga teacher training, and also holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology.
Savitha Enner
Savitha Enner grew up in India and studied yoga and yogic life style through her ancestors and teachers from a young age. She has integrated these teachings with over 700 hours of teacher training she has taken in the US to help her students adopt the ancient teachings into modern day practices.
Her movement classes are alignment based vinyasa style practices intending to ignite curiosity among her students about their body, energy and mind. She believes that yoga is a practice of self realization and can be cultivated through consistent and dedicated practice. She teaches Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedic Chanting and vegetarian cooking classes to immerse Yoga as a foundation for a holistic and purposeful life.
Sidney Nelson
Sidney began practicing yoga as a way to cross-train for weight lifting and team sports, and quickly fell in love with the discipline of her daily practice. She found that yoga not only complimented her other interests and helped her reach athletic goals, but also brought a new sense of release and mental growth into her life. Thinking this incredible post-yoga feeling was too good to not share with others, Sidney began her journey to becoming a yoga teacher.
Fast forward a few years and countless hours of teaching later, and she is happy to bring the community together through creative sequencing and fun movement. By incorporating meditative and mindful thought into powerful vinyasa-style flows, her classes will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Through her own experiences and insight into cross-training, Sidney's classes will challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone both physically and mentally, and encourage holistic growth. Outside of yoga, Sidney spends her free time rock climbing, lifting weights, chasing sunshine, and looking for her next adventure in life!
