AcroYoga Workshop: FUNdamentals

Join Kimber in this introduction to AcroYoga workshop.  This life-changing workshop provides the opportunity to try something new while having fun with fellow community members. This workshop is designed to build strength, improve body awareness, increase core stabilization, increase flexibility, and practice building communication and trust. In this workshop we will:

​

  • Warm up, open, and prepare the body for movement

  • Practice partner yoga and exercises in preparation for AcroYoga

  • Learn introductory AcroYoga poses and transitions

  • Practice, take flight, and have fun with AcroYoga in community


This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioners. No partner or prior experience is required. Don't miss out on this life-changing experience!


Kimber Brenneman, E-RYT-500, YACEP
Kimber enjoys teaching how to make complicated yoga poses accessible, safe, and fun for all. She believes a playful attitude is essential in both the yoga practice and life. In addition to over 700 hours of yoga teacher training certifications, Kimber is a certified Partner Acrobatics teacher and a certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner. She uses her training and experience to help students balance focus and hard work with fun and recovery.

What to expect: This class will be held at room temperature. Please bring a mat, towel, water, and yoga props if you have them (2 blocks & 1 strap). If not, we have extra props available for you to use during the workshop. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to set up.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your Workshop or Series registration at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event to receive credit returned to your account.

Winter Solstice Workshop: In Peace and Presence

When: Friday, December 19, 2025
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Join Savitha as we return to the light in a Winter Solstice celebration. This peaceful gathering will focus on gentle somatic yoga, chanting, meditation, and deep relaxation to honor the Winter Solstice. In this workshop we will:

​

  • Release deeply embedded stress and find calm in the stillness of winter

  • Reconnect your inner light with strength, resilience, and compassion

  • Practice mindful movement and breath work to restore balance and energy

  • Be guided through meditation and chanting

  • Practice gentle somatic yoga to stretch and soothe

  • Cultivate deep relaxation through restorative yoga and savasana by candlelight

This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to seasoned yoga practitioners. Join us as we slow down and embrace the beauty and warmth of the season in Winter Solstice.


Savitha Enner, RYT-500
Savitha Enner grew up in India and studied yoga and yogic life style through her ancestors and teachers from a young age. She has integrated these teachings with over 700 hours of teacher training she has taken in the US to help her students adopt the ancient teachings into modern day practices. Her movement classes are alignment based vinyasa style practices intending to ignite curiosity among her students about their body, energy and mind. She believes that yoga is a practice of self realization and can be cultivated through consistent and dedicated practice. She teaches Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedic Chanting and vegetarian cooking classes to immerse Yoga as a foundation for a holistic and purposeful life.

Join Nikki for a one-day beginner workshop, designed for anyone new to yoga or yoga practitioners who want to align and refine their practice. These workshops will guide you through the foundation of the practice.

 

Each workshop registration also includes a 3 Class Pack so that you can continue your yoga journey. In this workshop, you will learn:

 

What will be covered:

  • Basic yoga terminology

  • What to bring to a yoga class and how to set up

  • Breathing, meditation, and mindfulness practices

  • Fundamental poses and common transitions

  • Sun salutations

  • Benefits of a consistent yoga practice

  • How to build the foundation of your personal practice

  • Opportunity to connect with others

 

What to expect: This class will be held in a lightly warmed room. Please dress comfortably so that you will be able to move freely. If you have a mat and/or yoga props (2 blocks & 1 strap), please bring them with you. If not, we have extras available for you to use during the workshop. Please bring a towel and water with you.

Nikki Watson, RYT-500

With over 700 hours of yoga teacher training and a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, Nikki is known for her clear, accessible, and engaging teaching style. With a nurturing demeanor, she creates a compassionate space that allows practitioners to discover and deepen their practice.
