Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional Bodywork practice that originated in Thailand and combines acupressure and rhythmic stretching to relax tense muscles, improve range of motion, and relieve stress.

In this workshop we will:

-
Be guided through a sequence that flows like a therapeutic, slow-flow yoga class, once as Giver and once as Receiver.
-
As Giver, you will be following detailed instruction to provide the gift of touch to your partner.
-
We will have a short bio break before setting up for the second round.
-
As Receiver, you will be relaxing and receiving the benefits of the Thai Yoga Massage practice from your partner.

Discover the joy of giving and receiving in this rejuvenating practice, creating lasting memories and a shared skill that can continue to benefit your relationship long after the workshop concludes.

This workshop is appropriate for all. No prior experience necessary. Don't miss out on this therapeutic experience!
