Celebrate the changing of the season with our Spring Renewal Workshop: Power Yoga + Sound Bath Savasana. Teachers Kimber Brenneman & Jenna Schueler will guide you through an invigorating and energizing practice, followed by a deep relaxation to allow the body and mind to unwind and set new intentions and hope for spring.

In this workshop we will:

  • Begin with a invigorating and energizing 75 minute power yoga and movement flow

  • Be guided through a 45 minute sound bath savasana, experiencing the benefits of mediation and relaxation through soothing vibrations

  • Bring balance and healing to body and mind for the spring equinox

Please note, before the practice begins you will have an opportunity to decide if you would like to receive adjustments and assists from the teachers. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.  Discover freedom in this rejuvenating practice of effort and surrender!

Kimber Brenneman, E-RYT-500, YACEP
Kimber loves to practice and teach intense hot Vinyasa yoga classes.  However, she also understands the importance of balancing this vigor with therapeutic practices to prevent injury and improve well-being. Kimber was inspired to become a certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner through her own journey to discover this balance.  Kimber's certification includes hundreds of hours of myofascial trigger point release training in addition to over 700 hours of yoga teacher training certifications. She loves to share her passion for this practice with her students, leaving them feeling more balanced and restored.

Jenna Schueler, RYT-500, Reiki and Sound Healing Certified Professional
Jenna has been practicing yoga since 2012 . She loves the mental focus, presence, and physical freedom that yoga instills in the body. Her passion for movement inspired her to pursue dance and rock climbing, and explore the connection between these activities and yoga. After developing a climbing overuse injury in her elbow in 2021, she turned to yoga to recuperate and heal. This break from other activities opened up an opportunity to deepen her own practice and further her yoga education. Jenna enjoys making yoga accessible and comfortable for all by guiding students to find the most authentic expressions of the postures for their bodies.

What to expect: This workshop will be held at light warm room temperature. Please bring a mat, towel, water, and yoga props if you have them (2 blocks & 1 strap). If not, we will have extras available for you to use during the workshop. We also suggest bringing an additional layer of clothing for the sound bath savasana relaxation (as the body cools down). Lastly, please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to set up.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your Workshop or Series registration at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event to receive credit returned to your account.
