Kimber Brenneman, PhD, RYT-500, has been practicing yoga since 2008 and completed her first yoga teacher training in 2014. This was shortly after earning her doctorate in Bioengineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago. While she still thinks like a scientist, she has left the lab to dedicate herself to helping others better connect with their bodies. She does this through her yoga and acroyoga teaching and as a Thai Bodywork practitioner.
Kimber became a Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner in 2015 at the Thai Bodywork School and Coaching the Body Institute in Evanston, IL. She is also a certified acro yoga teacher through Partner Acrobatics. Kimber’s intention is that her students will learn something about themselves in each class and have some fun. She is known for her clear instructions and skilful adjustments.

She teaches Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Vedic Chanting and vegetarian cooking classes to immerse Yoga as a foundation for a holistic and purposeful life.
